Social Media Content Creator – Full Time

We're looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed Content Creator who understands what makes people stop scrolling.

The role involves creating content across restaurants, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle and other consumer brands. You'll be working closely with our strategy, client servicing and design teams to turn ideas and trends into engaging Reels and social-first content.

What You'll Be Doing

• Shoot Reels, videos and social media content for different brands across hospitality, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle and more

• Attend on-ground shoots at restaurants, events, stores and other brand locations

• Shoot primarily on phone and/or camera depending on the content requirement

• Edit Reels and short-form videos for Instagram and other social platforms

• Work closely with strategists to understand the content direction for each brand

• Brainstorm concepts, Reel ideas, hooks and interesting ways to execute content

• Collaborate with designers and the wider creative team to bring campaigns and content ideas to life

• Keep up with Instagram trends, trending audios, Reel formats, transitions and emerging content styles

• Adapt trends creatively for different brands instead of simply copying what everyone else is doing

• Understand basic framing, lighting, composition, angles and how to make content look aesthetically strong

• Direct people during shoots when required, including founders, staff, models, creators and customers

• Organise and manage raw footage and ensure content is edited and delivered within timelines

What We're Looking For

Someone who:

• Has a strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content

• Can shoot and edit independently

• Has a good visual eye and understands what looks good on social media

• Is comfortable travelling across Mumbai for shoots

• Can work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple brands

• Is proactive with ideas and doesn't need to be told exactly what to shoot every time

• Understands different brand aesthetics and can switch between premium, fun, editorial, lifestyle, food and trend-led content

• Is comfortable collaborating with strategists, designers and client servicing teams

• Has their own good-quality smartphone and/or camera suitable for professional social media content creation

Experience

Prior experience in social media content creation, videography or Reel creation is preferred.

A strong portfolio matters more to us than formal qualifications. Please share examples of Reels, videos or social media content you have personally shot and edited.

Important

This is not a work-from-home content role. The position requires regular on-ground shoots across Pune, including restaurants, stores, events and other client locations.

Shoot timings may occasionally vary depending on the brand, event or content requirement.
