We are a growing dental clinic group looking for a self-motivated and creative Social Media & Content Creator Lead to manage our online presence and grow our digital brand.
This is a hands-on role. You must be confident planning, shooting, and editing high-quality content independently or with minimal help. If you're someone who doesn't just plan but also executes, we want to meet you.
For the right candidate, there's an opportunity to build and lead your own marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit social media content (photo/video)
- Manage posting schedule and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google
- Ensure high quality in color grading, audio, and editing
- Stay up to date with trends and content performance metrics
- Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas regularly
- Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns and clinic promotions
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (content creation, video editing, social media)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video/photo content
- Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- Self-driven, with strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail in audio, visual, and aesthetic quality
- Bonus: Basic design (Canva, Photoshop), experience in healthcare or beauty industry
