Role Overview
Responsible for managing social media operations across multiple internal brands - covering content planning, design, publishing, and performance tracking while coordinating with internal teams to ensure content remains accurate and timely.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook for multiple brands.
- Develop monthly content calendars and produce platform-optimised content including posts, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Schedule and manage content distribution via tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics to inform and improve content strategy.
- Design social media creatives and internal graphics usingCanva or equivalent tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to source updates and translate them into publish-ready content.
Requirements
- Proficient in Canva or similar design tools; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experienced with social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Sound understanding of content formats, audience behaviour, and best practices across major social platforms.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills for short-form content.
- Familiarity with AI tools applicable to content and design workflows.
- Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different brand voices.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
