Powered by a compassionate 10,000-member peer support community and a dedicated team of over 100 changemakers, PANHA provides services such as anonymous chat platforms, peer support from empathetic Human Buddies, and personalized counseling therapy sessions. Addressing issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and academic or financial stress, PANHA is committed to creating a safe space where individuals can find understanding and support. Focused on reducing suicide rates, PANHA also offers free services to individuals impacted by harassment and stalking, with the vision of making the world better for everyone.

Role Description

This is a volunteer-based, remote role for a Content Creator (Short Form). The Content Creator will be responsible for creating concise, impactful content tailored for maximum engagement on social media and other digital platforms. Key responsibilities include brainstorming creative ideas, producing short-form content such as posts, captions, graphics, or videos, and curating content to align with PANHA's brand voice and advocacy goals. The role may also involve collaborating with teams to enhance messaging and amplify PANHA's mission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating short-form digital content, including social media posts, captions, and visuals.
• Experience in content curation, research, and developing content strategies to align with an organization's goals.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus for crafting engaging multimedia content.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, digital marketing trends, and online platform optimization strategies.
• Strong written communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Empathy, sensitivity, and an understanding of mental health-related topics and online community engagement.
• Previous experience in the nonprofit or mental health sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
