Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Create engaging videos, short scripts, social media content, and digital posts designed specifically for senior audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute online and offline campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent, warm, and relatable tone across all content formats.
Emcee & Hosting
- Host live virtual sessions, webinars, and in-person events.
- Engage senior participants actively, ensuring high energy and interaction.
- Represent the brand professionally and with warmth during all events.
Technical & Platform Handling
- Use basic content creation and editing tools efficiently.
- Manage live sessions on platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- Handle basic troubleshooting during live events to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable on camera and in front of live audiences.
- Creative mindset with sensitivity toward senior citizens.
- Proficiency in MS Office, virtual platforms, and basic editing tools.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
