We're Hiring: Executive — Content Creator and Planner

The Role
We are looking for someone who lives in the planning phase and owns it completely. This role is about everything that happens before a single frame is shot or a file is edited. You will be the person who figures out what needs to go out, when it goes out, how it gets made, and who makes it happen on the day of the shoot. If you are someone who thrives on structure, communicates well with clients and teams, and has a sharp eye for what makes content work before it even hits the camera — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar across platforms, planned well in advance
- Ideate content concepts based on brand goals, campaigns, occasions, and audience insight
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, get approvals, and align on direction
- Plan and schedule content shoots end to end: locations, props, outfits, references, and shot lists
- Be present on shoot days to direct and ensure the right visuals are captured as planned
- Brief the videographer or photographer clearly so nothing is left to chance on the day
- Review raw footage and images to ensure the captured content meets the brief before handing over
- Pass organised, sorted, and labelled files to the editor with clear notes on what needs to be done
- Track content deadlines and ensure nothing falls through the gaps
Who We're Looking For
You plan before you act, and you bring others along with you.
- 0–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or brand communication
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and what performs well on each
- Experience building content calendars and managing multiple deadlines at once
- Comfortable liaising with clients and managing expectations professionally
- Strong visual sensibility — you know a good shot, a good angle, and a good reference when you see one
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage logistics without dropping the ball
- Familiar with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or any project management platform for planning
- Basic knowledge of photo and video formats is helpful; hands-on editing is not required
- Good written communication for briefs, captions, and client correspondence

- You think in platforms — what works on Instagram does not work on LinkedIn and you know the difference
- You bring ideas nobody asked for, and they are usually good
