Content Creator (Reels & Social Media Content)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging social media content, including Instagram Reels, Tik Toks, YouTube Shorts, and other multimedia formats.
• Create and curate original content that aligns with the brand's voice, mission, and marketing strategy.
• Monitor social media trends to create timely and relevant content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is consistent with overall branding and marketing campaigns.
• Edit videos, images, and graphics to create professional-looking content.
• Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent content posting across platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably with a focus on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
• A keen understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong communication and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics).
• Experience with content scheduling and planning.
