Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, camera-friendly Content Creator who is highly skilled in content creation and deeply aware of social media trends, formats, and audience behavior.
The ideal candidate should be confident shooting content, appearing in UGC-style videos, and collaborating with internal teams to create platform-relevant content across our portfolios in AI, automation, SaaS, and technology.
This role will work closely with the Social Media Managers and coordinate with the video editing team, graphics team to ideate, shoot, and execute content. The role aligns with your existing content, AI-tool, scheduling, and creative-collaboration setup.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging short-form and platform-native content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and related channels
- Appear as the face of the brand in UGC-style videos, reels, talking-head videos, and other content formats
- Collaborate with the social teams to generate content ideas and trend-based concepts
- Stay updated with social media trends, creator formats, and industry conversations through active social listening
- Shoot content independently using an iPhone or equivalent high-quality camera device
- Work closely with the video editing team & graphics team to execute content efficiently
- Provide clear visual references and content direction during shoots and production
- Support content calendars and content execution across portfolios
Requirements- Strong hands-on experience in content creation
- Comfortable shooting with an iPhone or equivalent camera-quality device
- Strong understanding of reels, UGC videos, short-form storytelling, hooks, framing, lighting, and platform-native content
- Highly aware of what is happening across social media, trends, and creator ecosystems
- Creative, presentable, and confident on camera
- Fluent in English
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills
- Interest in AI, automation, SaaS, and technology
- Able to work part-time and commute between Lower Parel and Vashi as required
