Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator & Stylist to join our Pune team. This role combines content ideation, styling, and execution to create visually compelling content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong fashion sense, understands jewellery styling, and can create content that resonates with digital audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality content for Instagram, reels, stories, campaigns, website, and ads
- Style jewellery for photoshoots, videos, model shoots, flat lays, and lifestyle content
- Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing and social media team
- Stay updated on fashion, jewellery, styling, and social media trends
- Assist in shoot planning, mood boards, styling references, and visual direction
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, models, and editors during shoots
- Ensure all content aligns with Palmonas brand aesthetics and guidelines
- Support influencer and campaign shoots with styling inputs
- Manage and organize styling props, jewellery samples, and shoot inventory
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in content creation, styling, fashion, or jewellery brands
- Strong understanding of jewellery styling, fashion coordination, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable creating content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Basic knowledge of shoot lighting, angles, and framing
- Ability to conceptualize content independently and execute end-to-end
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with fashion or jewellery brands
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Lightroom / CapCut / editing tools
- On-camera confidence is a plus
- Understanding of influencer and trend-led content formats
