We are looking for a creative and proactive Educational Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, and execute on-ground video shoots for college and institute-based initiatives like College Buzz. The role involves content planning, field visits, video creation, and driving brand engagement across digital platforms.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. On-Field Content Creation (College Buzz)
- Visit colleges, coaching institutes, and educational institutions to capture engaging video content.
- Create videos featuring campus life, student interactions, faculty insights, and College Buzz initiatives.
- Represent the brand professionally during all on-ground interactions.
2. Video Content Creation & Editing
- Shoot and create high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.
- Edit videos by adding transitions, subtitles, background music, and visual enhancements.
- Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with campaign requirements.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and handle social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and videos as per content calendar.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain platform activity.
4. Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop content ideas, scripts, and concepts aligned with target audience and brand goals.
- Create weekly/monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
- Adapt content formats based on platform trends and audience behavior.
5. Brand Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with colleges, institutions, and external partners for content shoots and collaborations.
- Ensure smooth execution of on-ground shoots with proper planning and scheduling.
6. Travel & Mobility
- Travel to different locations for content shoots as required.
- Ensure readiness for shoots, including planning logistics and timelines.
7. Quality & Brand Consistency
- Ensure all content maintains brand tone, quality, and visual consistency.
- Optimize content for different platforms such as Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos.
8. Performance Tracking & Improvement
- Track content performance using analytics tools and platform insights.
- Continuously improve content strategies based on engagement and audience feedback.
9. Innovation & Trend Adaptation
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and viral content styles.
- Experiment with new ideas to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing in Media, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable with on-field work and travel.
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
