Job Description

About DROPZ

DROPZ is India's first true limited-edition platform, a culture-forward destination where every product drop is rare, intentional, and never restocked. We aren't just building a brand; we're building a platform that curates stories through exclusive in-house drops, creator collaborations, and collectible releases across fashion, lifestyle, and beyond. Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.

As a Content Creator (On-Camera), you are not here to just appear in videos, you are here to shape how the market feels DROPZ. You will own high-volume, platform-native storytelling that turns product truth into culture energy, ship fast with a high quality bar, and improve weekly through feedback, data, and iteration. This role is for people who thrive in a 0 to 100 startup environment, take full ownership of outcomes, and want long-term upside by building something rare with the team.

What Youll Do

Become a consistent on-camera presence for DROPZ, translating drop stories, product details, and cultural cues into high-trust videos that make audiences feel informed, excited, and ready to act.

Create daily, high-volume content across formats like drop teasers, product explainers, styling videos, behind-the-scenes, creator collabs, and street or culture reaction pieces, ensuring each piece has a strong hook and clear CTA.

Turn briefs into platform-native scripts and delivery, writing tight talking points, testing multiple hooks and openings, and adjusting pacing, tone, and structure to match each channels watch behavior.

Own the shoot process with speed and intention, planning quick shot lists, capturing multiple takes and angles, and ensuring the footage gives editors enough options to cut variations and test performance.

Partner closely with Social Video Creators and Editors to iterate fast, reviewing cuts, giving specific notes on pacing and clarity, and reshooting when needed to hit the quality bar and keep drop timelines tight.

Collaborate with Product and Brand teams to communicate features accurately, avoid misinformation, and keep messaging culturally fluent so the content feels premium, sharp, and unmistakably DROPZ.

Build a repeatable on-camera style aligned with DROPZ premium-ness, refining wardrobe, voice, delivery, and presence so the audience recognizes you and trusts the signal.

Track what performs and why, using platform analytics and qualitative feedback to refine hooks, formats, and storytelling choices, then documenting learnings so the team ships smarter every week.

Show up in community moments like comment replies, Q&As, and live sessions when required, keeping interactions warm, confident, and brand-safe while pushing conversations toward drops.

Maintain strong production hygiene, including asset naming, version control, script storage, and shoot notes, so handoffs are clean and the content engine stays reliable at high speed.

Who You Are

You have 12 to 24 months of on-camera content experience and can confidently deliver product, style, or culture narratives with clarity, energy, and a premium presence that holds attention.

You understand platform-native storytelling and can build strong hooks, tight pacing, and clear CTAs without sounding scripted, while staying authentic and culturally aware.

You can translate a brief into a workable script and shoot plan quickly, then execute with multiple takes, angles, and options that make editing and iteration faster.

You communicate product features responsibly, ask smart questions when details are unclear, and protect brand trust by keeping claims accurate and consistent.

You are comfortable being measured by outcomes like retention, saves, shares, comments, and drop demand signals, and you use feedback and data to improve weekly.

You collaborate smoothly with editors and cross-functional partners, giving crisp notes, receiving feedback without friction, and prioritizing the best idea over personal preference.

You have a strong personal taste level in fashion and culture, and you can match DROPZs modern, bold, sharp premium-ness without drifting into generic influencer content.

You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, take full ownership from idea to camera to final output, and bring daily intensity because you care about the mission, not just the job.

You are dependable with timelines and details, showing up prepared, organized, and ready to reshoot or rework quickly when the drop calendar demands it.

You build culture intentionally through respectful communication, high standards, and team-first behavior that raises the bar without creating noise or negativity.

What We Offer

Ownership that matters, you will directly shape how DROPZ is seen, trusted, and talked about, with space to build signature formats and become a defining voice of the brand.

A 0 to 100 environment where speed, learning, and responsibility accelerate your growth, and where long-term builders earn long-term rewards by shipping and improving relentlessly.

Creative freedom with structure, clear briefs, fast feedback loops, and a high quality bar that helps you make work you are proud of at volume.

A culture-forward team that values taste, craft, and momentum, and expects you to contribute positively to the energy we build every day.
