About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and camera-friendly Content Creator to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should be confident in front of the camera and skilled at creating engaging short-form videos that help drive brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and original content reels, short videos, posts, and stories for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Conceptualise, script, and appear in short-form videos to promote the brand
• Stay updated with trending topics, viral formats, and platform algorithms
• Write catchy captions, hooks, and copy aligned with brand tone
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for content execution
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery
• Track content performance and recommend improvements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• 13 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media marketing
• Confident on-camera presence and ability to deliver engaging videos
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar
• Basic video editing and reel-making skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
