Role Description

We are looking for a Content Creator who can turn real machining and engineering work into engaging visual content.

This role is focused on capturing, understanding, and communicating what happens on the shop floor from tool cutting and part finishing to machine performance and engineering insights.You will work closely with the engineering and production team to create videos, posts, and stories that showcase our machines and the problems they solve.This is not a generic social media role.You are expected to understand the basics of machining and mechanical systems, and translate that into content that is both informative and engaging.

If you can take something as technical as CNC machining and make people stop scrolling and pay attention, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form and long-form content around CNC machining and engineering
• Shoot and edit machining videos (tool cutting, part finishing, machine performance, etc.)
• Break down complex mechanical concepts into simple, engaging posts
• Work with engineers to capture real shop-floor insights
• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Help build Mechinex as a strong engineering brand online
• Represent Mechinex at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings

We're Looking For

• You understand machines, tools, or engineering basics
• You can shoot and edit videos (mobile is fine, skill matters more than gear)
• You know how to make content that holds attention (not boring technical dumps)
• You're consistent — not someone who posts once and disappears
• Bonus: experience with Reels, YouTube Shorts, or technical storytelling
