Job Title: Creative Content Creator

Location: Gurugram – Full-time, On-site

Salary: Rs 3Lac to 3.6 Lac CTC

About the Role:

We're looking for a Creative Lead to head our production wing, Studio Marque Berry. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart — someone who can turn an idea into a short reel, an ad script, or even a digital film that makes people stop scrolling. You'll lead creative direction across brand campaigns, short films, and DVCs while working closely with our production and strategy teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and direct short-form videos, brand ads, and digital films.
• Write compelling ad scripts and storyboards that align with campaign objectives.
• Lead direction for DVCs, short movies, and branded video content.
• Collaborate with editors, cinematographers, and the strategy team to bring ideas to life.
• Stay updated with pop culture and content trends to keep our work fresh and impactful.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ad film direction, content creation, or digital storytelling.
• Strong skills in scriptwriting, ideation, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to direct short movies, reels, and DVCs end-to-end.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and directional work.
