Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Bengaluru. The Content Creator will develop high-quality video content that showcases Learnyst's products, features, and success stories across web, social media, email, and other marketing channels.

What you'll do

• Create educational videos, both long- and short-form, that bring in inbound leads: institute owners and educators who find us through our content and reach out
• Run our Instagram and YouTube, from planning to posting
• Make long-form videos for YouTube and short-form reels and shorts
• Track views, followers and leads, and keep improving the campaigns based on what the numbers show

Metrics you'll own:

• Inbound leads from Instagram and YouTube, which is the number that matters most
• YouTube subscribers and watch time
• Instagram followers and reach
• Engagement on every post and video
• Publishing consistency, meaning how many videos go out each week

Must have

• You've created video content before and can show us
• You're confident and natural in front of the camera

Nice to have

• B2B marketing experience
