About the ProgramThis is a selective, culture-first internship designed to build the next generation of Gen Z creators.
UWD NXT, the education and innovation vertical of Uzi World Digital, has partnered with Ravegarh, Guwahati's first culture-led experience brand, to launch a specialized Content Creator Internship Program.
This initiative is focused on identifying individuals who not only create content, but understand how to build communities, shape cultural narratives, and contribute meaningfully to emerging digital ecosystems.
Participants will be working on a live brand-building initiative with real audience impact and measurable outcomes, operating at the intersection of digital marketing, content strategy, and culture-building.
Role OverviewAs a Content Creator Intern, you will contribute to the development and execution of content strategies that align with both brand positioning and audience behavior.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing short-form video content that captures authentic experiences, resonates with target audiences, and supports the broader objective of building a culture-driven brand presence.
This role requires a balance of creativity, consistency, and strategic thinking, with a strong emphasis on authenticity, cultural relevance, and audience engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development and Execution- Create and publish short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Develop content aligned with brand voice, positioning, and strategic objectives
- Focus on storytelling that reflects real experiences, cultural relevance, and audience relatability
Brand Representation- Serve as a visible and authentic representative of Ravegarh across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and values
Cultural and Community-Centric Content- Capture and communicate moments that reflect lifestyle, music, social interaction, and community experiences
- Shift focus from promotional content to experience-driven storytelling
Trend Analysis and Adaptation- Monitor emerging social media trends, formats, and audience preferences
- Translate relevant trends into content that aligns with brand positioning
Audience Engagement- Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and interactive content formats
- Contribute to the development of a loyal and engaged digital community
Collaboration and Coordination- Work closely with internal teams and fellow creators to ideate and execute content
- Participate in collaborative content initiatives with other creators and stakeholders
Consistency and Performance Optimization- Maintain a consistent content schedule
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and audience growth
- Apply insights to continuously refine content strategy
Performance Expectations- Creation of consistent, high-quality short-form video content throughout the program
- Demonstrated improvement in content quality, engagement, and audience understanding over time
- Active participation in content initiatives and collaborative projects

Eligibility Criteria- Strong interest in content creation, digital media, and social platforms
- Comfort with on-camera presence and video-based storytelling
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
- Basic understanding of video editing tools (mobile or professional software)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent in execution
Prior experience in content creation or personal branding is advantageous but not mandatory.
This role is best suited for individuals who are serious about building a long-term presence in content, digital media, or creative industries.
Expected Commitment- Approximately 1–2 hours per day

Additional InformationThis is a non-monetary, learning-oriented internship designed to provide meaningful hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for portfolio and personal brand development.
Content created during the internship may be used for brand, marketing, and promotional purposes by Uzi World Digital and associated partners.
