About the Role

As a Content Creator Intern in the Communications Team, you will support the creation and management of engaging, culturally relevant content across social media platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to political communication, digital storytelling, and real-time campaign work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and curate content for social media platforms aligned with campaign narratives
  • Assist in managing and scheduling social media content
  • Edit and refine content to maintain quality and consistency
  • Support strategic messaging around political developments and initiatives
  • Track trends, current affairs, and audience sentiment to inform content
  • Assist with basic analytics and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and communication team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Interest in Indian politics and current affairs
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
  • Creative thinking and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-changing scenarios
  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or related fields preferred
