About the Role:
Marketing Mind is looking for a creative mind who can ideate, design, and execute engaging social media posts from scratch. If you love turning trending topics into relatable, attention-grabbing content, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take an idea and turn it into an engaging visual post for social media.
- Think outside the box to make content fun, interactive, and highly shareable.
- Keep up with social trends and audience preferences to create relevant content.
- Understand different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and optimise content accordingly.
- Use tools like Canva to create scroll-stopping creatives.
- Write catchy, relatable, and engaging copy to complement the visuals.
- Work on innovative content formats to boost engagement and visibility.
What we are looking for:
- A creative thinker who knows how to make content fun, engaging, and shareable.
- Someone who can turn trending topics into content that resonates with the audience without making it feel forced.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a similar role is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a relevant field ((preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
