About the Role

We are hiring a Content Creator Intern who loves making content and wants to learn how it works inside an agency. You will shoot, edit, appear on camera, and ship content across live brand accounts.

This is a paid internship with a monthly stipend and a clear path to a full-time role for strong performers.

What You'll Do

• Shoot content on phone and camera for live client accounts
• Edit reels and short-form video using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
• Appear on camera as a host or presenter in reels
• Show up on the ground for shoots, events, and on-location content
• Ideate content formats and bring fresh references to the team
• Support day-to-day content publishing across brand accounts

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in content creation and short-form video
• Any experience creating content personal page, freelance, or side projects
• Comfort shooting on phone and editing in CapCut, InShot, or similar
• Comfort appearing on camera as a host or presenter
• A good sense of pacing, hooks, and formats that work on Instagram
• Willingness to travel within the city for shoots
• Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly
