This freelance, part-time opportunity is ideal for an energetic and confident individual passionate about on-camera presenting and content creation. The role centers on producing engaging Instagram Reels, factory walkthroughs, project site visits, employee stories, and industrial product explainers for a leading company in the parking automation sector. Working closely with the marketing team, you will follow provided scripts and occasionally improvise to deliver compelling video content that highlights factory operations, project sites, and employee experiences. The position is based in Pune, with local travel to factories and project sites in the Pune/Mumbai region required. This is a flexible engagement, with an expectation of producing 3–4 videos per month.
Deliverables
- Present scripted and semi-scripted content confidently on camera for social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn
- Host and narrate factory tours, project site walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes videos
- Explain technical products and processes in an accessible and engaging manner
- Participate in employee story features and customer success stories
- Collaborate with the marketing team during content shoots to ensure alignment with brand messaging
- Submit a short self-introduction video and, if available, previous video samples or social media profiles
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus
- Comfortable and professional on camera, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and personable demeanor
- Prior experience in content creation, acting, anchoring, or presenting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel locally within Pune/Mumbai for shoots
- Preferred age group: 22–30 years
- Ability to commit to a flexible, part-time freelance schedule (3–4 videos per month)
