Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Content Creator + Influencer Marketing Professional who can create content and manage influencer collaborations end-to-end. This role combines content creation, social media thinking, and creator partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Come up with content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs
- Repurpose influencer content for brand pages and ads
- Stay updated with trends, memes, and viral formats
- Coordinate with designers/editors or do basic editing yourself
Influencer Marketing
- Find and onboard relevant micro and mid-tier influencers
- Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, and briefs
- Manage product seeding and campaign timelines
- Ensure content matches brand tone and quality
- Track influencer performance and engagement
Campaign Execution
- Plan monthly content and influencer calendars
- Execute brand launches and campaigns with creators
- Experiment with new creator formats and collaborations
Reporting & Insights
- Track content and influencer performance
- Share learnings and insights regularly
- Identify what's working and scale it
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong understanding of Instagram and the creator ecosystem with 2-3 Years Experience
- Comfortable talking to influencers and creators
- Good storytelling and content instincts
- Organized and able to manage multiple creators
- Proactive and execution-focused
Good to Have
- Prior influencer marketing experience
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Experience with D2C or lifestyle brands
