Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Develop property/related contents including reels/videos and promotional posts.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, and marketing copy.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
- Shoot and edit videos/photos of properties.
- Stay updated with digital trends and real estate market insights.
Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in real estate or similar industry.
- Excellent communication and story telling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet dead lines.
- Knowledge of English and Malayalam.(read/write/speak)
