Key Responsibilities- Lead graphic design work as the primary responsibility, creating posters, social media creatives, banners, infographics, and print materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Shoot photos and videos during field visits, events, and daily operations to support design and storytelling needs
- Create reels, short videos, and visual content for digital platforms
- Edit and adapt designs and visuals for multiple formats (digital, print, presentations)
- Travel regularly across Kerala for field documentation and content creation
- Organise and manage design, photo, and video assets
Tools & Software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, VN, or similar graphic design and editing tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills (primary requirement)
- Working knowledge of photography and videography
- Willingness to travel across Kerala
- Good understanding of visual storytelling and social media formats
- Interest in environmental and social impact work
