Role Overview :

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is AI-first, content-driven, and fast-moving. Someone who can shoot, create, edit, and iterate quickly.

If you think in reels, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and enjoy turning ideas into multiple creative outputs fast, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create engaging creatives for social media (Reels, posts, carousels), performance ads, and website banners

• Shoot content (mobile-first): kidswear products, play, sports, candid moments, in-house and outdoor shoots

• Edit short-form videos with a strong hook and trend-aware approach

• Create multiple variations of creatives for testing (hooks, formats, edits)

• Use AI tools daily to generate concepts, captions, variations, and improve workflow speed

• Adapt content across platforms while keeping it native to each format

• Maintain Mackly's visual identity while keeping content fresh and real

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 0–2 years experience (internships/freelance welcome)

• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects – any one)

• Comfortable shooting content using a phone (framing, lighting, angles, candid capture)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, CapCut AI)

• Ability to create multiple creative variations quickly

• Ability to work fast without compromising quality

• Stay updated with trends and adapt them quickly
