Role Overview
We're looking for a high-energy on-camera content creator who can script and shoot with strong hooks, fast cuts, and viral potential. You should be comfortable in front of the camera, understand trends deeply, and create content that drives reach, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality short-form videos with strong hooks, tight cuts, and engaging on-camera presence.
- Ideate, script, shoot, and edit Trend-driven, meme-friendly videos for Reels & Shorts.
- Develop viral-ready formats and hooks, creating reusable templates that boost reach and retention.
- Optimize videos for performance by improving retention (80%+), engagement (68%), and CTR through better captions, thumbnails, and edits.
- Analyze video analytics & trends to refine content, and collaborate with creators/influencers to expand reach.
Skills & Qualifications
- Extremely comfortable being on camera; natural performer with presence.
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, punchlines, and high-retention editing.
- Expertise in short-form platforms: Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content.
- Ability to translate trends into brand-relevant, high-impact videos.
- Strong sense of meme culture, timing, and audience psychology.
- Ability to ideate, script, and shoot independently.
Success Indicators
- High-retention videos (80%+).
- 68% engagement rate consistently.
