About the Role

We're looking for a creative and camera-confident Social Media Intern to be the face of Flashfire on Instagram and YouTube. In this role, you will create engaging face-showing videos, reels, and short-form content that builds awareness, educates job seekers, and strengthens Flashfire's brand presence.

What You'll Do

Create on-camera content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos) showcasing Flashfire, its services, and job search tips.

Act as the face of Flashfire in videos with confidence and authenticity.

Collaborate with the marketing team on scripts, storyboarding, and content ideas.

Research and adopt trending formats, styles, and audios for Instagram & YouTube.

Engage with the online community by producing relatable, informative, and viral-friendly content.

What We're Looking For

Comfortable facing the camera with good communication skills.

Passion for content creation, career growth, and startups.

Understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube content trends.

Creativity and ability to present information in a fun, engaging way.

Basic familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
