ADIIVA is a lean, high-impact startup. With our first office in Bangalore, we are looking to hire a Content Creator + Editor.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our founding team, you'll help shape ADIIVA's journey from vision to reality. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who loves creating, experimenting and iterating fast. You'll work closely with the Founder and the Product teams to bring ideas to life through storytelling (audio and video), audio/video post production and social-first content.
This is a full time role based in Bengaluru (on-site).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ideate, script, shoot and edit content including high end short form and long form videos, images, audio
- Handle end-to-end video post-production: editing, colour grading, sound design and finishing
- Create visually compelling graphics and motion elements that elevate storytelling
- Experiment with AI tools for script, voice and music generation
- Maintain consistency in tone, clarity and learning values across content
- Collaborate with influencers to create content that is aligned with the brand guidelines
- Deliver fast, clean, platform-ready outputs
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on insights to improve engagements and conversions
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Great taste and ability not just to spot trends, but to create them
- Out of the box thinking to move beyond clich kids content, creating visually fantastic, funny and insightful videos that genuinely engage parents
- Proven experience of planning and executing video projects from concept to final delivery
- Video-first storytelling: Strong on-camera presence and editing skills, with an instinct for trends, memes and formats that resonate
- Proficiency with audio/music AI tools (Suno, ElevenLabs) and audio-editing software (Audition, Logic Pro, or Fairlight in DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience with professional video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, Blender)
- Strong interest in children's storytelling, learning, values and culture
- Good understanding of social media algorithms to increase engagement and reach
- Experience with influencer marketing and creator ecosystem
