About the Role:
At ReelMonkk, we don't just create content we craft stories that make brands unforgettable.
We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator & Strategist Intern who loves brainstorming ideas, planning campaigns, and occasionally being in front of the camera.
If you're someone who scrolls through social media with a marketer's eye and a creator's heart this role is for you.
After 3 months, the position can be converted into a full-time role (34 LPA) based on performance.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, script, and create social media content (Reels, carousels, posts, campaigns).
- Work with the design and marketing teams to develop content ideas that align with brand strategy.
- Research social trends, competitors, and new creative formats.
- Occasionally appear in front of the camera for content shoots.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements for engagement and reach.
- Collaborate directly with the founder and creative team on storytelling and strategy.
Must-have Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Confident communication and creative ideation skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Available full-time on-site (Hyderabad, Telangana).
- 01 year of experience or relevant coursework in marketing, content, or media.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of brand voice and social media analytics.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable presenting or performing on camera.
