Content Creator / Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and research-oriented Content Creator who can turn ideas, industry insights and business objectives into meaningful content. The ideal candidate should understand how to communicate a brand's perspective through well-written Instagram content, LinkedIn posts, blogs, website content, carousels and other digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content for LinkedIn, blogs, websites, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, competitors and relevant topics.
• Write engaging long-form and short-form content that reflects the brand's voice.
• Work closely with design, SEO and marketing teams to develop content-led campaigns.
• Create content calendars and maintain consistent publishing schedules.
• Repurpose blogs and industry insights into carousels, short posts and other formats.
• Review content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Ensure content is accurate, original, reader-friendly and aligned with business goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, content marketing or digital publishing.
• Excellent written English and strong editing skills.
• Experience writing LinkedIn content, blogs and website copy.
• Strong research, storytelling and content planning abilities.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, audience intent and social media engagement.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Docs and AI-assisted research or writing tools.
• understand an audience and create content that sounds genuinely human rather than generic.
