Content Creator and Video Editor

This role requires creative, motivated individuals with graphic designing and video experience who can lead and execute visual projects for our customers - across social media, influencer videos, and more. You will focus on growing and developing online presence for existing clients. The role will involve working with senior leadership of our clients, with autonomy and access to take major design decisions with a cumulative reach of millions in the audience.

Responsibilities

1. Tailoring Visual Content:

• Create visually appealing staticdesigns based on client requirements.
• Develop videos - reels/shorts/etc - for social media, websites, and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency with brand image and messaging.
• Nail cut timing, pacing, transitions, and trending audio
• Edit longer brand/YouTube videos with captions, colour grading, and motion graphics.

2. Ideation and Strategy:

• Brainstorm social media creative strategies with the team.
• Contribute to content calendars and stay updated on design trends.

3. AI Content Creation

• Use tools like Midjourney, Heygen, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly to generate and enhance assets
• Speed up production using AI without sacrificing quality

Qualifications

1. Creativity and Adaptability:

 - Think outside the box and adapt to design challenges.

 - Experience graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Figma, Premeire pro, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).

 - Eager to use AI video and image generation tools. 

2. Understanding Client Needs:

 - Ability to understand client requirements without being handheld.

 - Abiility to translate briefs into visually appealing designs.
