JD - Freelance Content Creator and Video Editor

We're an attention training company helping people improve performance by training the quality of their attention.

We're looking for a content creator who can think alongside us and turn simple ideas into engaging content.

What you'll do

* Ideate: Find visual hooks and interesting details that make an idea worth watching.

* Shoot: Create photo/video content across our office, sessions, workshops and outdoors.

* Edit: Turn footage into engaging reels/shorts with strong pacing, cuts, sound, subtitles and basic colour.

* Collaborate: Give inputs on what the final script/edit needs to communicate. You don't need to write the entire script.

What we're looking for:

* 2+ years of hands-on content/video experience

* Strong understanding of short-form content, hooks and pacing

* Good visual instincts and an eye for interesting shots

* Someone who makes things, experiments and doesn't need a detailed brief for every idea

Brownie points if: you've grown an account from zero, create content on your own, or are comfortable shooting on an iPhone.

Not looking for: a social media manager, copywriter or designer.

We're looking for someone who can think → shoot → edit.

Jaipur-based, with remote workflow and in-person sync 1-2 times a week.
