About the Role

Anagram Media Labs is looking for a creative, curious, and culturally-tuned Content Creator to join our growing team. This isn't just a writing job — it's an ideation, storytelling, and execution role. You'll be involved from the spark of an idea all the way to the final piece of content that goes live. If you live on the internet, understand what makes content stop thumbs, and can translate brand briefs into scroll-stopping stories, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Ideate and develop original content concepts across formats — reels, long-form, carousels, blogs, ads, and more.
  • Write sharp, platform-native scripts for video content including brand films, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and social ads.
  • Develop content calendars in sync with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and seasonal moments.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and strategists to bring ideas to life end-to-end.
  • Write compelling copy across touchpoints — captions, headlines, emailers, landing pages, and ad copies.
  • Stay on top of content trends, meme culture, and platform algorithm shifts to keep output fresh and relevant.
  • Adapt tone of voice and messaging for different brand personalities and target audiences.
  • Participate in brainstorms and pitch sessions — your ideas are as valued as your execution.

What You Bring

  • 1.5–2 years of hands-on content creation experience — agency, in-house, or freelance.
  • Strong scriptwriting ability — you can write for the spoken word, not just the page.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing content ideation, writing, and creative execution across at least 2–3 platforms.
  • Genuine understanding of how content performs on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent command of written English and Hindi — bilingual content skills are a big plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple briefs, manage deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
  • A naturally curious mind that finds inspiration everywhere — pop culture, news, design, data.

Good to Have

  • Basic video editing skills — CapCut, Premiere Pro, or even a strong eye for directing edits.
  • Experience creating content for D2C, lifestyle, FMCG, or tech brands.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they inform written content strategy.
  • An active personal social presence or passion project that demonstrates your creative voice.
