About the Role
We're looking for a Content Creator + Video Editor who can think, make, edit, and publish.
Not just an editor, someone who understands storytelling, branding, and growth.
If you can turn raw ideas into scroll-stopping content, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
- Edit promo videos, brand stories, app explainers
- Write simple, high-converting captions & content copies
- Work closely with marketing & growth team
- Repurpose one idea into multiple content formats
- Maintain brand tone, visuals, and consistency
What We're Looking For
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut etc.)
- Good sense of content, hooks, trends & storytelling
- Can handle content + editing both (non-negotiable)
- Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts
- Startup mindset fast, flexible, execution-focused
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Experience with travel, lifestyle, or startup brands
- Basic motion graphics / animations
- Understanding of personal-brand or startup growth content
