Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Production Coordinator to ideate, create, and manage end-to-end content production. This role blends creativity with executionowning content from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (videos, reels, social posts, campaigns)
- Plan and coordinate shoots, timelines, and production logistics
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and external vendors
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain quality and brand consistency across content
- Handle on-ground production coordination when required
Requirements
- 24 years in content creation and/or production coordination
- Strong understanding of social media content (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Experience in shoot planning and execution
- Good project management and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing/tools is a plus

- Experience with influencer collaborations
- Familiarity with AI content tools
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
