Content Creator (AI & Automation Specialist)

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Creator, but it is not your average writing gig. We are looking for a high-output producer to take full ownership of content operations for both internal brand needs and external client requirements.

You will be stepping into a high-volume, high-paced environment to take the reins directly from the Founder. Your goal is to produce high-quality assets at scale while rigorously driving down production costs through smart automation. You won't just be writing; you will be building efficient workflows to ensure our content engine runs on autopilot.

Key Daily Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Creation: Consistently generate engaging digital content (from text, simple graphics, branded image posts, to AI videos) for a variety of niches and platforms.
• Automation First: Utilize AI tools and automation software to streamline the creation process (e.g., prompting, bulk generation) to keep costs minimal and output maximal.
• Publishing Management: Schedule and manage the distribution of content using our proprietary in-house Social Planner.
• Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives and SEO goals.
• Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper for accuracy, tone, and brand voice before content goes live.

• Proficiency in Content Creation: Strong background in Creative Writing, Web Content, and Copywriting.
• Automation Savvy: Must understand how to use AI tools (LLMs, image and video generators) to speed up workflows without sacrificing quality.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience in Content Strategy, SEO optimization, and audience engagement.
• Resilience: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable learning new software quickly; experience with social media planners/schedulers is required.
• Preferred: Background in Graphic Design or Video Editing is a major plus.
