Content & Communications Manager

Location: Powai, Mumbai, India (On-Site and only Mumbai-based candidates)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content & Communications Manager to lead institutional and program communication across digital, social, and marketing channels. The role requires a strong storyteller who can translate strategic ideas into compelling communication for prospective students, professionals, partners, and stakeholders.

This role will work closely with brand, program marketing, creative, and growth teams to shape the voice and positioning of the institution across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Communication Strategy

• Develop communication narratives for programs, campaigns, and institutional initiatives

• Own messaging consistency across channels

• Create communication frameworks for campaigns, launches, and events

Content Development

• Website content

 • Emailers

 • SMS/WhatsApp copy

 • LinkedIn/social copy

 • Brochures and presentations

 • Faculty and alumni stories

• Build thought leadership content and storytelling initiatives

Social & Digital Communication

• Plan communication for social media campaigns

• Collaborate with the creative/video team for execution

• Drive engagement-led content ideas

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with program marketing, performance marketing, and partnerships teams

• Coordinate with creative and video teams for campaign rollout

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content, communications, or brand marketing

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• Experience managing communication across multiple digital channels

• Understanding of brand positioning and audience segmentation

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
