Job Description:

• Deep domain understanding of platforms for Comms
• Manage the adoption of Comms teams to new Comms platform at Group level
• liaison with contributors, stakeholders from various Geos, and subject matter experts
• Support the Business solutions internal campaigns launch working with the Marketing team
• New talent hiring and retaining an existing pool of experts
• Managing a diverse team of resources, and keep them motivated to deliver across various service capabilities
• Ensure timely reporting of projects, promotions and RnR for team members.

Primary Skills:

• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of writers, content and comms specialists
• Experience in Employer branding would be a plus
• Passion for writing, blogging, representation on panels
• Must be a self-starter and must be able to work individually and with diverse teams.
• Exposure to Martech tools n con tent development platform will be desirable

Secondary Skills:

• Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media
• Creative, innovative, and quality driven
• Excellent presentation skills
