Role Description The Content & Brand Growth Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. In this position, you will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, the website, and other digital channels to promote the academy's services and success stories.

You will support brand strategy by maintaining a consistent visual and verbal identity, developing campaign ideas, and coordinating photoshoots, reels, and other creative assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring content performance, analyzing audience engagement, and recommending improvements to drive brand awareness and student inquiries. You will collaborate closely with the founder and team to align content with marketing goals, oversee basic community management (comments, DMs), and assist with offline promotional activities and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional, audience-focused tone.
• Analytical skills to track content performance, interpret basic metrics, and provide insights for brand growth.
• Understanding of brand strategy, including positioning, audience targeting, and content planning.
• Experience or demonstrable interest in brand management and branding, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and current beauty/creative industry trends.
• Basic content creation skills (copywriting, caption writing; photo/video coordination or editing is a plus).
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in marketing, content, or brand roles, preferably in beauty, fashion, education, or creative industries, is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if skills are demonstrated.
