ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a sharp, structured, and articulate Content and Brand Communications Executive to own BeFiSc's brand and marketing communication across campaigns, GTM initiatives, and sales enablement. This is a content strategy and execution role at the intersection of brand, product, and go-to-market; not a blogging or social media role. You will translate complex fintech and regtech concepts into clear, enterprise-ready content assets that serve both marketing and sales objectives. You will sit at the centre of BeFiSc's content ecosystem, working with high cross-functional visibility and significant ownership over how the brand communicates with its enterprise audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand and Marketing Content
- Own the creation and management of written marketing assets across blogs, landing pages, website copy, newsletters, product messaging, and campaign copy
- Plan and write email marketing content across nurture sequences, outbound campaigns, and product announcements, with a focus on deliverability, engagement, and conversion
- Develop thought leadership content that builds BeFiSc's authority in the identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance space
- Write PR content including press releases, media communication, and executive-facing narratives that represent BeFiSc's brand credibly across external platforms
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written touchpoints, from technical product content to executive communications, and ensure all assets are campaign-ready before launch
Sales Enablement and GTM Communication
- Create and maintain GTM and sales enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product collateral
- Own communication for new product launches, feature updates, and partnership announcements, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and enterprise-appropriate
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer pain points and objections, and translate these into content that supports conversion
Cross-Functional Content Execution
- Work closely with the design, motion, SEO, social media, and performance marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns with aligned messaging
- Write detailed creative briefs and content structures that enable the design and motion teams to execute with clarity and minimal revision cycles
- Manage multiple content workstreams simultaneously, proactively flagging gaps, dependencies, or inconsistencies across campaigns and channels
Product and Industry Understanding
- Develop a strong, independent understanding of BeFiSc's product suite, competitive positioning, and enterprise customer landscape
- Translate product features and technical capabilities into clear, benefit-driven narratives for an enterprise buyer audience
- Stay current with trends in fintech, regtech, and B2B SaaS marketing to keep BeFiSc's content relevant, differentiated, and credible
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in content writing, brand communications, or marketing in a B2B, SaaS, or fintech environment
- Exceptional written English with the ability to move fluently between long-form thought leadership, product copy, and concise conversion content
- Strong structural thinking; you can independently organise complex ideas into clean, logical, and persuasive narratives without heavy direction
- Proven experience writing or supporting GTM assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, product, and sales teams while managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content strategy intersects with organic growth
