Purpose of this Job
As a Content Automation Project Manager, your core responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Engaging with Studio, Account management and global content teams to develop appropriate content automation solution using chili publish, grafx studio, adobe creative cloud, other platforms and tools
- Build Proof of concepts for the new developments
- Be hands-on in building templates, writing scripts and engage in integrations
- Be the primary point of contact for all technical and general queries on automation
- Train the team across multiple location on automation platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, engage and provide appropriate solution to the automation team in building complex templates
- Gather the intelligence from the production teams to drive tactical automation using Indesign scripts / Javascript, etc
- Collaborate with Account management teams and Project managers to understand the client requirements and deliver the automation projects on time with global quality standards
- Build complex templates using scripts, validations, brand guidelines and data
- Build tactical script-based automation for adobe applications, google apps, etc
- Help the global teams with workflow automation
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- 15+ years of experience in creative production, marketing activation experience. Global production agency is a plus
- Must have hands on expertise in InDesign scripts, javascripts and Python
- Must have hands on experience in adobe creative cloud software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects and acrobat)
- Ability to understand the Brand guidelines
- Ability to conduct discovery sessions with internal teams
- Ability to build appropriate automation solution design
- Must have very good presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive timelines
- Ability to provide guidance to the template developers and troubleshoot the issues
