Prish Studios is a Marketing Agency that has a knack for retail advertising based out of toronto. 

Role Description

We're looking for a rare kind of creative. someone who thinks in stories, feels the pulse of culture in real time, and knows how to translate a brand's soul into content that stops the scroll. You don't have to be experienced. If you feel you have what it takes. Apply with your portfolio or just ideas you would want to create.

What You'll Do

  • Develop original concepts and write scripts for short-form and long-form content across social, digital, and campaign channels — always leading with a hook that earns the watch.
  • Monitor cultural and platform trends daily; translate what's resonating into content ideas that feel timely, not chasing.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, videographers, and talent to pre-visualise content — building shot lists, storyboards, and treatment docs that make shoots efficient and purposeful.
  • Own the brief-to-publish pipeline for assigned campaigns: from ideation and scripting through to on-set direction and post feedback.
  • Distil complex shoot requirements into clear, simple directions for crew and talent in the moment — keeping energy on set high and execution sharp.
  • Contribute to brand voice guidelines and maintain aesthetic consistency across all content outputs.
  • Analyse content performance; apply learnings to future scripts and formats without sacrificing creative integrity.

Core Skills We're Looking For

  • Hook craft — you open with intent. Every script earns attention in the first 2–3 seconds.
  • Trend literacy 
  • Deep social media diet across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Brand identity & aesthetics you understand how a brand looks, sounds, and feels, and you protect that across every format.
  • Visual thinking — you write for the camera. Scripts are shot-by-shot blueprints, not just words on a page.
  • Campaign management comfortable owning a campaign from brief to delivery.
  • Shoot simplicity 
  • You make complex ideas executable on the day with clear direction and calm problem-solving.
  • Scalable thinking 
  • Content ideas that work as a single post and as a series.
