Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage and grow Instagram & LinkedIn presence (strictly these two platforms).
- Research content ideas, trends, formats, and hooks relevant to startups, founders, and coworking spaces.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Assist in brainstorming content ideas and turning them into real posts, reels, and carousels.
- Create basic creatives using Canva (posts, stories, carousels).
- Do basic video editing for reels (cuts, captions, pacing, nothing fancy, but clean).
- Track performance: views, reach, engagement, follower growth, and content insights.
- Understand and work with Instagram & LinkedIn algorithms (what works, what doesn't, why).
- Handle daily social media tasks: posting, scheduling, monitoring trends, and quick iterations.
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency for company-page campaigns and align content efforts.
