Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Research trending reels, audios, memes (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn if relevant)
- Note 510 trend references daily (save links/screenshots)
- Suggest 23 content ideas aligned to brand tone
- Brainstorm hooks, captions, punchlines
- Daily trend sheet + idea list shared on WhatsApp/Notion/Sheet
- Assist in shooting reels (behind-the-scenes, product demos, POVs)
- Help with prop setup, lighting basics, framing
- Shoot raw phone videos for: reels, stories, BTS clips, coordinate with videographer/editor
- Raw content folders labelled & uploaded
- Draft captions in brand tone (fun, informative, relatable)
- Write: reel captions, story text, comment replies drafts
- Add relevant hashtags & SEO keywords
- Captions ready in content calendar
- Upload posts & stories as per calendar
- Cross-post where required
- Check: Correct tags, music usage, text alignment, CTA placement
- Posts live as per schedule
- Reply to: DMs, comments, story replies
- Flag: FAQs, complaints, influencer inquiries
- Engage with relevant accounts (likes/comments)
- Clean inbox + daily community report
- Track 35 competitor pages
- Observe: content formats, hooks, engagement patterns
- Screenshot good content for reference
- Track: reel views, saves, shares, profile visits
- Note what's working vs not
- Observe audience behaviour
