The Role

We're looking for a Content & Creative Strategist who understands the internet, knows what makes people stop scrolling and can turn creative ideas into content that drives brand love and sales.

Someone who can think of an idea, write the script, plan the shoot, direct creators and build campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute AU99's content strategy.
• Create viral Reel concepts and Instagram campaigns.
• Write engaging UGC scripts, hooks and ad copies.
• Manage Instagram and social media content.
• Develop influencer briefs and creator collaborations.
• Plan and direct product, lifestyle and campaign shoots.
• Create performance-driven Meta ad concepts.
• Develop brand storytelling and website content.
• Research Gen-Z culture, competitors and emerging trends.
• Build and execute monthly content calendars.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in content, creative strategy or social media.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Reels and Gen-Z culture.
• Experience with D2C, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Ability to develop UGC and performance marketing scripts.
• Basic video shooting and creative direction skills.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools.
• Someone who takes ownership and executes ideas independently.
