Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Content and Copy Strategist for LinkedIn. The individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and strategizing engaging content tailored to LinkedIn audiences. Key responsibilities include developing innovative content plans, writing and managing posts, and ensuring consistent tone and brand messaging. Additionally, the role requires analyzing content performance and iterating strategies for improved reach and engagement across LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Content Strategy and Content Management for building and executing effective LinkedIn campaigns
• Strong proficiency in Content Development and Web Content Writing for creating engaging and audience-focused material
• Excellent Writing skills to craft compelling and clear copy aligned with brand voice and messaging
• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a marketing and branding platform
• Analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing content performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
• Understanding of startups or experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field
