As we expand our emotional content ecosystem, app engagement systems, and subscription platform, we are looking for a highly analytical and emotionally intelligent Content Analyst to help identify what users emotionally connect with and scale engagement through data-driven content strategies.

Role Overview

The Content Analyst will be responsible for analyzing user engagement patterns, emotional relevance, occasion trends, content performance, reminder behavior, and relationship-driven interactions across the platform.

This role combines analytics, emotional intelligence, trend identification, content strategy, and user behavior analysis.

The ideal candidate understands how emotional content drives engagement, retention, sharing behavior, and user habits inside digital consumer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Emotional Relevance Analysis

  • Identify what emotional themes and content categories perform best.
  • Analyze which cards, messages, occasions, and relationship types generate the highest engagement.
  • Understand emotional triggers influencing sending behavior and subscriber activity.
  • Recommend scalable emotional content opportunities.

Occasion & Event Calendar Management

  • Maintain and optimize the annual event and celebration calendar.
  • Identify trending occasions, emerging celebrations, and culturally relevant moments.
  • Expand occasion inventory to improve user engagement opportunities.
  • Recommend high-engagement event categories for future growth.

Content Performance Analytics

  • Monitor performance of:
  • Ecards
  • Wishes
  • Notifications
  • Reminder flows
  • Occasion campaigns
  • Relationship categories
  • Analyze:
  • Send frequency
  • Click-through rates

  • Engagement depth

  • Improve reminder participation and occasion activation rates.
  • Collaborate with retention and product teams on engagement strategies.

Search & Discovery Optimization

  • Analyze user search behavior and content discovery patterns.
  • Identify high-demand keywords, themes, and emotional categories.
  • Recommend improvements to search relevance and discoverability.
  • Support SEO and in-app search optimization efforts.

Platform-Specific Creative Insights

  • Analyze content performance across:
