Role Summary
Own the end-to-end setup of courses and, critically, build engaging, high-converting
zero-touch landing pages on our online LMS platform — pages that sell and enrol students on their own, without manual follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build zero-touch landing/sales pages that convert visitors into enrolments without human intervention.
- Write and edit page copy (headlines, hooks, CTAs) using strong MarCom sense — clear, persuasive, on-brand.
- Use basic HTML/CSS to customise layouts, fix formatting, and make pages look polished on desktop and mobile.
- Build and structure courses on the LMS: sections, units, videos, PDFs, drip schedules.
- Create and import quizzes, assessments, and case studies (including file formatting for correct upload).
- Set up pricing, coupons, bundles, and automated enrolment rules.
- Manage student access, progress, certificates, and basic support.
- Pull basic reports (enrolments, completion, revenue) and flag issues.

Requirements
- 2–4 years in e-learning operations, digital marketing, or web/landing-page management.
- Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy (MarCom / content background).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics — comfortable editing page code, not just drag-and-drop.
- Experience with any LMS or website/landing-page builder.
- Detail-oriented, organised, works independently.
Nice to Have
- Design sense (Canva/Figma), basic SEO, email marketing, or AI tools for content ops.
- Experience in beauty/wellness/education.
