Looking for a highly proactive Creator Growth & Partnerships Manager OR an agency to work closely with a creator in the career, skills, productivity and personal growth space.

This role combines content research, brand partnerships, opportunity sourcing and long-term creator growth strategy.

Brand Partnerships

Source brand collaborations aligned to creator's audience

Track campaign deliverables and payments

Create media kits and partnership proposals

Content: (Most important)

Research topics related to careers, skills, and personal growth

Prepare detailed educational documents and guides

Opportunity Management

Source speaking opportunities, workshops and guest sessions

Reach out to schools, colleges, and organizations

Build relationships with industry professionals

Strategic Career Planning

Help define long-term career goals

Recommend growth opportunities

Evaluate partnership opportunities

Build a roadmap for career expansion

Administration:

Track brand revenue, expenses and income

Maintain reports and dashboards

Assist with documentation and business organization

Must Have:

Content writing skills without sounding like AI. This is non-negotiable- We'd want you to be able to produce content that doesn't sound chat gpt.

Experience in sourcing paid brand collaboration to creators

Familiarity with creator economy trends

Ability to work independently without hand-holding

Nice to have:

Experience in talent management, creator management, partnerships, PR, business development, or related fields

Existing network in Chennai

Compensation

Fixed Salary ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

Compensation will be based on experience, network and demonstrated ability to source opportunities and contribute to creator growth.
