Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise product listings on Shopify and Etsy platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Create SEO-optimized product descriptions, titles, and tags to improve search visibility and conversion rates
- Research and implement relevant keywords for better product discoverability and organic traffic
- Handle day-to-day order management, including processing, fulfilment, and customer communication on Etsy
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, trends, and customer feedback across both platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, product visibility, and revenue generation
- Optimise product images, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximise conversions
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely updates across all platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries, handle returns, and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities and run campaigns
