Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in creating and updating product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other marketplaces.
- Support the sales team in handling incoming leads from IndiaMART, including responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups.
- Help monitor product visibility, rankings, and basic performance metrics across platforms.
- Maintain daily records of sales, orders, returns, and payments in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist in managing pricing updates, promotions, offers, and campaigns as instructed.
- Help track competitor pricing and marketplace activities and share observations with the team.
- Support in handling customer queries, feedback, and basic issue escalation.
- Assist the marketing team in executing digital marketing and marketplace promotion activities.
